Alternate; established in 2012 as one of Bristol’s premier underground and live music promotions, with inspiration drawn from the original era of non-conformist, underground music and lifestyle culture.

In addition to being one of the city’s main purveyors and curators of musical talent, Alternate also design, build and present “pop-up” events, having previously transformed shipping container yards, ex-garages, countryside retreats and most recently an ex-retail warehouse, as part of the Central Warehouse team.

WEBSITE: If it's your first time, you'll be taken through to the "select your avatar" screen before joining an event. If you've logged in before the event starts, click on your name in the top right corner (or open the menu on mobile) and then hit "update avatar". You can select an avatar from the list or create your own from scratch. Once you're happy with your choice, click "next" and your avatar will be updated.

APP: Log in and click on the user icon to open your account page, then click "customise avatar".
