Stream quality and performance
If you're having problems with the sound or video feed:
- check your connection speed or move closer to the router
- turn off any battery-saver or low-power modes, and charge your device
- close any extra tabs, apps or programmes
Moving around
If your avatar is stuck, refresh your browser or leave the venue then rejoin the concert.
